Cellflow asked for the following permissions:

See, edit, create, and delete only specific Google Drive files you use with this app.

Cellflow uses this permission to import data from CSV files into the Google Sheets file that is open when the add-on is executed.

Cellflow can not access files that have not been explicitly approved by the user.
